Our Board is made up of 15 individuals - volunteers sharing a dedication to our mission and to the people who participate in Cardinal programs. Each brings special talents and experience to make Cardinal better than we are without them. For this we are grateful.

President and CEO of Cardinal Services since 1996, Jane Wear has spent her entire professional career at Cardinal Services. Beginning in 1976 as a Direct Support Professional and then moving into management, Jane has been with Cardinal for 36 years. Jane obtained her Bachelors Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation from the University of Wisconsin and attended Southern Illinois University for her Masters in Rehabilitation Adminstration.

In addition to CEO, Jane Wear, Cardinal Services is led by a talented and committed administration team.
